Enrollment Process

From first tour to first day — here's the path.

Five clear steps, with a real human at every one. No application portals to wrestle with, no mystery timelines.

The Path

Five steps, paced to your family

  1. Step 01

    Schedule a tour

    Walk through during the morning work cycle. Meet teachers, see the classrooms, ask everything. About 45 minutes.
  2. Step 02

    Submit an application

    After the tour, we'll send you the application packet — basic family info, child's developmental snapshot, and your program preference (days, hours, start date).
  3. Step 03

    Family interview

    A short follow-up conversation to talk through fit — your child's temperament, any questions left over, and which classroom we'd recommend.
  4. Step 04

    Acceptance & enrollment paperwork

    If we're a match, you'll receive an enrollment offer. To hold your spot, we ask for the signed enrollment agreement, deposit, and required forms (health, emergency contacts).
  5. Step 05

    Welcome week & first day

    Before the first day, we host a parent welcome session and a child visit so your little one walks in already knowing the room and their teacher.

Best time to apply

6–9 months ahead

Popular programs (full-day, older preschool) fill earliest. Earlier inquiries get the most placement flexibility.
Rolling admissions

Year-round applications

We accept applications all year and place children as openings appear. Mid-year starts are possible when space allows.
If we're full

Waitlist with sibling priority

Full classrooms maintain a waitlist with priority for current families' siblings. We typically respond to waitlist openings within a few weeks of an opening.
